Logging into ayora
Logging into ayora is very easy - you can use your firm’s Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials to securely access the application.
Navigating across tabs
Ayora application contains a few tabs:
- Flagged: summarises the flags ayora has identified across your matters
- Dashboard: displays all the matters you are a timekeeper on
- Monitoring: summarises the flags ayora has identified across the matters on which you are the matter partner, and on which you appointed a delegate
- Summary (
coming soon): summarises your individual financial performance
Who can see what
By default, users can see the following information in the ayora application:
Fee earners:
- all matters where they are the Matter Partner, and
- all matters where they are a timekeeper (i.e. they have added any time to).
Business managers:
- all matters in their department
Practice Group Leads:
- all matters in their department
Personal assistants:
- all matters associated with the fee earner they work for (NB, by default, the PA does not have access to ayora, and has to be explicitly added by the fee earner to gain access)
