The Auto-forward ayora emails to PAs feature is designed to ensure important billing and budget alerts are also shared with your personal assistant, helping you stay on top of financial matters with less effort.

Accessing the Setting: Users can enable this feature by clicking on their profile icon, navigating to Settings, and selecting the PA Details sub-tab.
Enabling the Forwarding Option: Within the PA Details section, there is a new toggle labeled “Also send ayora emails to [PA]”. Switching this on ensures that your PA automatically receives copies of any ayora email alerts addressed to you.
Email Forwarding in Action: Once enabled, every ayora alert will be forwarded to your designated PA.
Collaborative Oversight: With your PA looped in automatically, they can monitor budgets and billing on your behalf, flagging issues early or handling routine follow-ups without you needing to forward emails manually.
Seamless Support: This feature helps streamline communication, reduce administrative friction, and ensures both you and your PA are aligned on financial updates at all times.
