You can request a write-off by right-clicking on a matter’s name in the Dashboard tab and selecting ‘write off’ from the selection pane.
That generates an automatic email to the Business colleague associated with your Department requesting the write-off. The colleague can then action the write-off on your behalf.
To reduce email traffic, ayora batches all write off request during the week and sends a consolidated request every Friday.
After you request a write-off, the matter is highlighted as pending write-off and sent to the bottom of your matter list.
